How do you use the Paradise Pub in Isla Paradiso?

The Paradise Pub is the very pretty building on the main square in Isla Paradiso that doesn't really have a purpose. Previously when playing in IP I would turn it into an Exclusive Lounge. I'm preparing to play in Isla Paradiso again and will probably do the same thing, and maybe add a sauna and a massage table to turn it into a cross between a lounge and a spa. But I would love to hear how other players use that building in their games, and possibly get inspired!
