I also think the EA lot build for the Town Life Stuff laundromat is really cute and has potential.All you have to do is change the exterior textures and add your own touch to the inside.The build is great just needs a cosmetic only makeover.
For those non builders but skilled decorators the build can even make a great house ;) ;) ;)
