I always start by editing the town, putting in the community buildings I want, redoing most of them. Then deleting all the existing townies. By the time I start my own families, it's six months later. But it keeps me busy and because I have been unable to move on the Sims 4, that's a good thing. Still enjoying Sims 3 after all these years.
