How many houses do you think is the right amount for a world?

A lot. I’m in generation 4 Riverview and all of the houses have been filled. I keep having to evict newly-spawned sims so that townies have homes to move into. I’d say you should have at least an equal number of occupied houses and empty houses for future generations to move into.
