How to get inside the Butterfly Pavilion? PLEASE HELP!

Question

Hey! :) I've placed the butterfly pavilion on a community lot in Hidden Springs. I've decorated it inside, and set it as "visitors aloud" as a lot type ("hangout" didn't work either..).
My sim can visit the butterfly pavilion, but can't get inside! :( What have I done wrong?
I appreciate all the help I can get. Hope you guys have a beautiful christmas! :)

Use the basement tool to connect the outside to the inside- and use the stairs going down/up.You can make a building entrance if you want. :)

Did you put in some underground stairs, connecting the inside of the bubble to the outside?

create a basment with each half on outside of pavillian and inside pavillian then make stairs going into the basement and then make stairs coming up into the butterfly pavillian.

Place the butterfly dome 1st, then using the basement tool create the two sided basement with steps... (follow previous comments)
