How to go to the hospital to get flu shot?

So I'm playing the sims 3 again! I'm trying to figure out how to get a flu shot by going to the hospital? I have seasons, university, and ambitions, but when I click on the hospital it only says join career and I don't see get a flu shot appearing! He has a cold so...
