@LadybugLeslie You have everything you need! This is what I would do...
1. Take your Electronic Arts folder and drop it on your desktop.
2. Start the launcher, which will create a new Electronic Arts folder.
3. Do you have version 1.69 or 1.67? If you have 1.67 transfer the ContentPatch folder from your old EA folder into your new one.
4. Put a copy of your backed up ccmerged file into the new dcbackup folder.
5. Put a copy of your backed up ebc files into the new dccache folder.
6. Put the Sandy Shoals and Villa Paraiso package files into the Library folder.
Now transfer anything into this new folder that you want to keep ....
Collections if you have any custom collections
ContentPatch if you're on 1.67
Exports if you have anything you've exported that you want to keep
Installed worlds
Library files
Mods (if you have them)
Saved Sims
Saves
Screenshots
Transfer the userpresets.package if you have saved custom patterns or colors in your game you'd like to keep.
That's it! You don't need to transfer anything in the download folder or all those dcbackup files cause you don't need those. Anything else in the folders will regenerate when you boot up the game.
Any cc you've installed will be in dbc files in the dccache folder
