How To Install Store Items

K so if I understand this right. I do that at the end once I have all the ebc files set I don't have to worry about that at the start of doing this. When you say library file. That's one of those files with all the random letters? Is there only one in particular I'm looking for since I assume in the new folder its going to have multiple items for all the stuff that is part of Sandy Shoals?

Also is it bad if the first ebc isnt filled to the 204k total? If it was 100k (because I dont have all the worlds) Would it be bad if the 2nd was 204k?
