How to lose money?

HI
I have a sim family that are 'rich', and have various siblings. Now I thought it might be interesting to see how they get on if they lost all or a significant part of their money! But I have no idea how to so it. I now you have the money cheat to give money, but how you remove it?

    This sets the balance of the household with the last name entered to the amount specified. So, for example, familyfunds Smith 1 will set the balance of the Smith family to a total of §1.

    Or, for those not averse to using mods, NRaas MasterController has a Family Funds command that accepts positive numbers (to add funds) and negative numbers (to subtract).
