How to lower fps?

@SemaviLady we are talking about the same thing. We have a few people in here with dual core processors with a GTX 950 card. "U"is dual core processor and yes I have seen in pared with a GTX 950 where people are playing this game with those laptop specs. The sims 3 does not need a quad core. the sims 4 does. HQ and MQ are quad core on laptop.
