How to lower fps?

I have had HP wipe a computer , deleted wrong files and did some damage. I have had to deal with their cs many times. They are in India and their CS are really not techy and untrained. Their laptops are junk, I have had more than one hp laptop in my house that has broken within a year. Microsoft will even tell you, HP is junk. You get what you pay for. I did not own them for gaming ,just general use but still junk. HP use to be good years ago but times have changed.

the problem is when you have a low budget , your going to get junk or a lower end computer. Curry's is overpriced where you can get cheaper and better computers on Amazon. if your only willing to shop at Curry's you will be overcharged or get junk for your money. You were overcharged for the laptop you have now.
