How to lower fps?

@iEllaLouise I can't tell you if that hp will last. it would stink if it doesn't. I have both a gaming laptop and a desktop. The game runs better on desktop. I have an ssd on my desktop and can add more hard drives. It's much better to go desktop, at least you can change and switch out and or upgrade hardware. . not the kind of desktops that curry's sells unless they sell PC specialist (a uk custom company) computers. Even HP desktops are hard to upgrade and they don't come with the best cooling. Having a custom tower with liquid or heavy fan cooling and room for upgrades is much better.
