How to lower fps?

LED screen is better than LCD. I don't know why you are getting errors on Tom's hardware. There are real people on there answering questions. Also on notebook review. You sometimes have to wait. People don't answer right away. This also goes on in this forum because people volunteer their time to help others. None of us work for EA. We use are own free time to help other players. EA staff will move you to off topic if you start asking a bunch of hardware questions that are not specific to sims tech help. What kind of screen you want, do you need widi in your laptop do not pertain to the sims. This is just really not the kind of forum to be asking all these extra questions not pertaining to the sims.
