How to offer plumbot training?

Hello, my plumbot put up this wish but don't know how to fulfill it. Does he need to get a job at bot arena to do this or something else?

I clicked other plumbot and opened 'plumbot' menu but there are 'request tune up', 'explain function', 'talk about becoming human', and 'Scan Target'. I opened Friendly menu but I can't find this either. I opened 'instruct plumbot to' menu and there are 'explain function', 'prepare favorite meal', 'Entertain me' and 'power down'.
