Career: Allow Find Job > False would have been sufficient. And you didn't really need a caste for this, you could have used SP > Sim Options directly on that one sim. :)
The main reason SP does this is that it is by default configured to help find inactive resident sims jobs that are in line with their LTWs, unless it has a very good reason not to.
