It's a glitch in the game. Trees and some shrubs can 'fall' through ground level and appear on the basement level. They'll usually still appear on the ground level but the lighting is off on them (at least in my game). I see this on many EA lots, and nothing seems to fix it. I read once on here that it was a bug EA was never able to fix.- oh cool, thx, if I'm ever missing my landscape, I'll know where to look! :)

- Now, I'm all checkin' and yep....there's some of that, not much at all really :) I don't mind the little things like that though, but if some poor Sim family wants to tap into their underground savings account, it might be there. :)
