I don't hear any sound from my recorded sims 3 videos.

Hello, usually I use 'v' key for taking videos in game. It used to work well but suddenly, it doesn't play any sound since maybe last week? It's the same on windows and Mac as well. I used 'Windows' key + G for recording videos and they make sound well. Have no clue what's wrong with my 'v' key in game. I checked the video option in game, sound is enabled. All sounds are not mute in game option too. Any ideas to solve this issue? Thanks.
