I figured it out. Just edited town and placed the harvest stand on the lot. It said it would tell me if anything sold. It's been two days and it's loaded with produce my Sim grew. I haven't gotten a message that anything has sold yet. I did notice on the second day when my Sim went to consign stuff, the previous stuff wasn't viewable.
