NRaas? It's all voodoo, trickery, and slight of hand. I wouldn't trust anything that comes out of that site, none of those folks over there actually know what they are doing. :angry:
(As an aside, to reference another recent thread here, it's a good thing I never had a LTW to become a troll because apparently I'm not very good at it; can't understand why but no one ever seems to believe posts like this one...) :p
As for the hair, clothes, and furniture, a lot of that is going to depend on the players' tastes. There are many extremely talented content designers who hang out and host their products at MTS, TSR, their own independent websites. Sandy at Around The Sims 3 for example has always been one of my favorites and she is still very active. Some of these designers produce things that can be "too good," as in unless my lots are totally full of their designs, I can't use just one or two of their items because they stand out too much alongside of more standard furnishings. Or maybe it's that my sims haven't achieved the levels of class and good taste necessary to appreciate all of them fully. :)
