I need a fix for Port Playa

I had read that Port Playa has some problems but I don't recall where and if there is a fix for it. I haven't edited a port lot yet but that info is available. I just need to know how to fix it or does anyone have that port used with no problems?

    I looked at my lagless IP thread (link in siggie) and it says:
    Premium Port and Ports Primavera, Pleasant and Playa (and others) have uneven terrain at lot edges. Change Ports to No Visitors Allowed.
    If your active sim plays there, you can reset or route around; but non-active sims with route fail.
    Making the port NVA means that they shouldn't get sent there on their own, but could still route fail if you invite them over.

    Do you know if it will work to put washers and dryers in at the working ports? I'm having less and less issues with lag with the mods (Errortrap and Overwatch) and some fixes I did. I usually only have the very brief one at around 4 AM where the vehicles are swept.
