I need help

So, I really wanted to make some worlds with the CAW function in the Sims 3. I went to the store, and I tried registering my games and so on and so forth. Well, I know I registered them like 3 years ago for an older account that I know I have no remembrance of other than its existence. Like no login info or anything. Is there a way I can get back the CD codes or something? Like, I have proof of a legit game. Oddly enough, I got Island Paradise like a year ago, and that registered fine, but the Sims 3 store still says I don't have the Sims 3. Is there another way to connect my game to the store??

    I forgot to mention, but when I try to open my download of CAW it says I don't have the Sims 3, which is why I'm trying to register on the store. (Yes, it's the right version of CAW)

    Jahnerr18​  Do you still need help?  The fact that CAW doesn't recognize a Steam install is a known issue and separate from the Store not recognizing you own the game.  For the CAW part, please see this:

    For the other part, you may need to contact EA customer support to get the game added to your EA account.  Take a screenshot of your Steam library with Sims 3 and its product code showing, then upload that when you request help.
