I really really really want this horse ranch lot...

Ok so my heir is about to move to Appaloosa Plains to start a career in horse racing and there is this lot I really want but the website is closed now. The lot is called Tiny Paws by Lucky Luca:

The house looks beautiful and its exactly the kind of place where I imagine my sim living. I've literally spent all day looking for other horses ranches and didnt like anything except that one but I cant have it :(

Does someone have the file or know how I can contact the creator?

    Thank you for posting that ask because as someone who is always on the hunt for player made lots this one looks stunning and is perfect for AP or even MF so that lot will be getting added to my ever growing collection.. :)
