I was trying to help someone in EA answers HQ, and I can't figure it out

Are my settings wrong? They are set at default. I tried to reply (I was lurking) and I had to sign in, but couldn't figure out how to reply, it just brought up a bunch of paperclips? I ended up "messa...

Thank you so much @igazor for your advice. I did go ahead and allow Origin and EA access. I don't know anything about Zoom or anything like that, so they can remain blocked, lol.
