Not sure, but I think what the OP is referring to as "interactive" are the screens that house the hidden objects game that plays during loadup for those who leave that option on, not the startup screens. And I'm not sure those exist exactly as screens, but possibly more as smaller screen elements that are randomly pushed together to maximize the number of possible object combinations presented.
Many of us keep this option off because it causes the game to start out a session using considerably more RAM than without it, and we have enough to do trying to control our RAM usage in many of our worlds as it is.
