Is Pre-2012 CD the only way to play Sims w/o internet?

@ehl451 oh great. So in other words the disc itself is just a “glorified coaster”. :mrgreen: I can just skip a couple steps and just go directly to the Sims 3 store. I guess when I get my computer fixed, I’ll be putting Monte Vista on the game that I currently have.
