Is the Exchange loading University Life Items?

For about a month now, I've many attempts to upload University Life recolors to the Exchange. Some recolors have been in the Clothing category and others are Object items. Even though these uploads are successful they ultimately fail, do not appear on the Exchange, and appear only on My Page as "Unknown Object". If I click on these items, I am further greeted by an Official Development Blooper declaring that this item is no longer available

I have uninstalled and reinstalled UL three times to no avail. I've also tried uploading after installing a new game. I've cleared all browser caches and caches within the Sims 3 folder.

Funny thing happens when trying to locate the Export file path via the launcher. When I click on the Uni Life item in Exports and then click "Show File" it takes me ONLY to my documents folder in File Explore (Win 8.1). In other words the path stops at Documents. It does not follow to EA, then The Sims 3, and finally to my Exports Folder (where it does correctly appear if I manually search for the file.)

By contrast, all my other recent Non-University Life exports do take me along the correct path when I click "Show File" in the launcher. And these files do appear correctly on the Exchange.

If someone knows or is willing to test if an University Life item can be uploaded to the Exchange these days please let me know. Also, any insight about my problem(s) here regarding University would be greatly appreciated. I've had three chat sessions with EA without luck. And I am now thinking "Hey, the problem may be with the The Sims website." Just to be clear I can upload other items just fine. Thanks a lot!
