None of my worlds have any 3rd party CC attached.
Any CC can potentially be messed up. We didn't know the doll was programed wrong until it stuck to everything.
If you're asking about the malware/viruses, I don't know. I only heard of once and it was reportedly from the ads.
CC is CC and should be handled with care. Know how to install, to uninstall, and to check it.
And keep you DCBackup folder clean of all but the ccmerged.package file. That way you don't share any Bad CC when uploading to the Exchange. :D
