No I don't have any mods on my games but where I had a case like this a few days ago I asked my sim to cook and prepare a recipe he stood in front of his fridge without moving it was while looking at the recipe that was supposed to prepare he didn't have all the ingredients neither in his inventory nor in his fridge. I reset my sims as well as the cook. My sims is level 10 in cooking
Did you try replacing your sims fridge?
