Is there a way to stop snubbing between 2 teens?

Hi this is my friend's game issue but actually I even have no idea how to help. She's using MC mod. Is there a way to get rid of that snubbing on MC or any other way? I googled everywhere but haven't found any solution. thanks :)

    Normally, a simple click from the 'snubber' on the 'snubbee' solves the problem, as you have the possibility to 'stop snubbing'.
