This is what I was worried about this. Even the immortal LTR doesn't work. :( I have no clue what ring you are talking about. I don't see it in his inventory.

I think you have to enable the feature first for the daylight right, click on city hall - pudding face and pick some of the option(couldnt remember which) and then the option to enable the daylight right is there.
Make sure you follow the first step on the mod page:
1)Download Battery's C# Script Utility mod.
If you already did, take your vampire inside for a while before going outside again, sometime the ltr wont work instantly.
