Kate Part 5:
Taking a side trip....
Kate's Birthday, the Big 12 is coming up and Her mother asked if she would like to go on a week long trip somewhere. Kate was surprised her mother even remembered she HAD a Birthday, but decided to take advantage of her mother's goodwill and asked if they could go to the city. Erika thought that was a great idea, rented a house for a week in Bridgeport and they were ready to leave...first a goodbye to Riley, who Kate would miss horribly!
They arrived a few hours later, Kate was awestruck at the tall buildings and the bridge over the water, it was spectacular!
Kate was excited that the house they rented had a pool and decided to go for a swim, her mother joined her.

Grandma Elizabeth decided to take a trip to the Art Gallery, and met a handsome stranger:
No Not my slightly made over Vladimir Schlick.....
This dude, Daniel Ji gg er (it got plummed all squished together). Look at him checking her out...!
Elizabeth may be a total je rk to her granddaughter but I'll cut her a break this time (they're on vacation afterall), have at him honey! First a couple drinks to get you all juiced up...
He was into her big time!
In for the kill.....
And of course the proof that this dalliance actually took place...
Watching the stars...(and each other).
Meanwhile...Kate was chatting with Riley on her laptop so Erika decided to go out for the night. She decided Plasma 501 sounded good. She felt someone staring at her...it gave her a chill.
What is it about the male vampires in this game... <3 , Vlad is gorgeous....
Unfortunately Erika couldn't get in! Stoooooopid bouncer..! I decided to see what Vlad would do...ordered a drink from Olivia (I think that was her name)
Elizabeth must have ditched Daniel...and had no trouble getting in, (she is an evil little wench)!
Look at the drink making skills!
The bar shut down shortly after and Erika didn't want to go home so she took a walk and practiced her magic (she's a witch).
The creepy guy had followed her...she was not amused.
She didn't want to hear apologies...
....and took off for home. *perhaps she remembered she had an almost 12 year old child at home...highly unlikely!
Depressed, Vald decided to go to the park and pout...
A little girl came over to the swings and started swinging, Vlad decided that looked like fun so he gave it a shot, it was fun!
Obviously Erika was too busy bagging every guy in Sunset to teach Kate to not talk to strangers, especially strange vampires!
Vlad was very impressed with this wee tot and they became fast friends, Kate was painfully shy around new kids but took to adults with ease.
Even enjoyed the breakfast of champions together.....
