4. No mods
5. No CC
6. 26-28 fps... usually sits at 27
7. Screenshot when I get that figured out. I'm running everything at highest setting.

OK, after a double dip cone of Blue Bell Happy Tracks, I was able to figure it out, thanks to the tip from Summer... a fellow Texan, yay!
