Which at the time seemed my bes option but I'm not sure if the processor is good enough. I'm not really wanting windows 8 as I've heard so much bad about it. /:
I'm playing on the new Acer Laptop I just bought. Windows 8 isn't horrible, just different. I think there is a learning curve. I don't hate, but I am not sure I like it either. We'll see.
Here is information on that processor. I played on a first gen i3 2.30 GHz with a low middle class nvidia card (much lower than the 630M) before Generations and it did okay.

I can't say for certain that you will get top-notch performance, but the price is in your budget and it should be able play the game.
