No i would not recommended that laptop.. honestly i could not recommend anything in that price range.
You will never be getting a proper laptop than can play the sims 3 with all expansions in that price range.
That laptop only has 4GB ram.. you should have 6 or more preferably 8GB.
The graphics are integrated and not very powerful.
And often with AMD laptops they have a high chance of overheating.
Amd heats up allot more than Intel.. they use more power than intel and nvidia.
Sorry i just cant see any quality on such a low price range.
The laptop might be ok for general use but not for gaming :(
