I also use NRaas mods to play overstuffed households. I've played with 24 sims before, but my game performance suffers and I tend to get Error Code 12 with households that size. My current household is 18, which is a bit more than I like. I actually prefer 12-16 sims in a household. I play with free will on high, but I usually micromanage everything they do.
