@Naito_Shade I don't know if you've ever done this, but you can use nraas MC to reset the genetic inheritance of a pregnancy before the baby is born. So you could conceivably set the baby's gender to female, and then keep rerolling the genetics until you get the looks you want (after pulling the newborn into CAS to see what she'd look like). This might take a while, but you could at least manually change her hair and eye color (and eyebrows, and weight, and undoubtedly some other stuff) to whatever you want after you get the face you're looking for.
