Reloading the game from the main menu fixes it, so if that's what I have to do it's fine, it's just really annoying and inconvenient. I tried a couple different mods (admittedly by the same person, but still). So first I tried the brntwaffles Frozen mod, and now the brntwaffles blue skies & sunshine mod, and both have the same issue.
Has anyone else had this? Is there something I'm doing wrong or is that just something that lighting mods do? It's installed into mods > packages, and my handful of other mods and CC seem to be working fine with no issues.

This is a glitch caused by the Seasons patch simply exiting to the desktop should fix it sometimes it might take a couple of reloads.
It also affects the games default lighting at times.
