Day two started off simple enough, I sent Reshay out for a morning jog to top up his required athletic skill points for work. He always looks so serious in all his pictures, you'd think I'd given him No Sense of Humour or something.

It wasn't just an aimless jog around the block though, it was time for the summer festival! Or almost time I should say, I didn't time it quite right so it hadn't technically started when he got there, so he was the only attendee.

What do you do when there's nobody around to see you fail? Try something new and embarrassing of course! Thankfully he's not trying out for a rollerblading team, or he might not make the cut.

A few laps around the rink, and it was time to go home and grab some brunch. Inspired by yesterday's success, I had Reshay make pancakes.

It went really well.

Insurance paid out $160 bucks, which didn't give him enough money to replace the stove, but it did give him enough to pay his $65 rent that came in without taking all of his spending cash. We opted for cereal for a replacement brunch, since we wouldn't have access to a stove until after his first shift.

He called up his new friend Darleen to let her know about the fire, right as story progression let me know that she was now going steady with Darren Dreamer. Judging by Reshay's face, I think she might have told him too.

Soon enough it was off to work. Reshay chose to go for a "business casual" look with the Hawaiian shirt. It's actually his original outfit back from being a Sunlit Tides townie, I never bothered to give him a career outfit.

Aaaand no promotion. He did make enough to replace the stove though, which is nice. Maybe watching the sports channel will give him some motivation for tomorrow's shift. :)
