Making NPCs/Townies Form a Household?

I made some of the NPCs live in the park using NRaas and it became like a household, but i forgot how exactly i did it and i dont know if the relationships stay the same. I guess you can move them to an actual house after that, too. I am gonna check that save again and try to figure it out then come back to you with a clearer answer, hopefully.
ETA: I just checked. click any lot or house you want to add sims to, then master control, add sim. I assume the relationships will stay the same.
