@aricarai - @igazor and @turjan are correct concerning the default setting of NRaas' SP mod. Your Sims will not leave town. I use EA's SP and have never had an issue of my 'added' Sims being moved out of any of my games...ever! Plus, it's part of the natural program and doesn't require any additional PC power to run. If that's a concern.
Castes are like 'fine tuned by you' settings of what you may want from an inactive household (unrelated to your initial question). It sound to me like you may possibly have plans or ideas for your Sims new friends when they become active townies, which is why I suggested setting a potential caste for the household. Sorry for any confusion my suggestion may have caused.
