I have missed quite a lot of your story. I love that Adam found a family in Alice, Victor and Gardenia and that Victor immediately started teaching him. I did feel bad for Joseph, but that relationship had to end. Autumn's portrait of Victor looks very good! I like the patchwork pattern on Alice's bed.
