If u have an idea or a request for a mod for sims 3 and maybe 4. Where would we put it?

Do u know where i could post to find them. This mod has been made and a challenge to go with it. It just needs to be updated and fine tuned. I posted on the forum i found it and got no response and i really would love to do it.
