Oh gosh everyone, *blush*, I'm not the creator of Simlicious's patterns. :) I'm just another consumer of well made goodies for this game.
I do however, have yet another useful suggestion for those who have favorite patterns from the Exchange.
- Why it's important: There are times the game will LOSE a favorite Sim3Pack from the game and that can cause your sim or recolored objects to get corrupt or invisible.
-- The solution to that, is to convert your favorite Exchange Simss3Pack patterns to Packages (for the mods folders) so they won't be subject to the glitch that causes Sim3Pack to get whacked from your game.
It's important to know that it is tricky to convert patterns made by the EA's Create a Pattern tool to packages.
This is because CAP sometimes inserts extra spaces into the coding, and it uses a generic ID formulation -- so unlike other Sim3Packs that can be converted to Packages with automatic tools, you actually have to hand edit using several tools. {It may seem daunting but once you do a few it becomes quite easy.)
So here it is, an excellent and complete step-by-step tutorial on how to convert your favorite exchange patterns or your own CAP creations, to fully functional packages. This tutorial is done by @Ktarian

Ktar also converted some favorite Exchange patterns, arranged them into collections that are ready to simply drop into your mods pattern collection. There are (as of this time of posting) seven pages of patterns to explore. You can download all of them and decide on your own keepers. Go the very bottom of each page to get the link to the next page.)

Have fun! Happy Simming.
