Hi, Sunman! That is odd. I have never had problems with my nectar aging in the cellar racks. Are your racks definitely underground in the basement? I understand that it can make a difference.
When you open the rack and click on the bottles, it should tell you which week they are and the price should have gone up. It is on a sim-weekly basis. If that is not happening, then something definitely is wrong. I haven't tried to age nectar since the new ITF EP was released. I should double check now to make sure that the last few patches didn't break something.
