Wow, Jude525, you sure had/have your work cut out for you! I don't have much experience building in Sims 3, so I'm not sure how nuts this all gets, lol. Obviously, you've been put through the ringer! And since I don't have much experience with building, take this with a grain of salt, would it help at all to have two bakeries in the same town (one loaded and the other with base game content) temporarily and then when you are finished building the base game bakery, just save it to file and keep your original? Like I said, I might not know what I'm talking about with such little experience, so I'm not sure if what I'm saying makes sense or if it helps at all.
