@andrevivey92 - I'm afraid we cannot work with a link to a file on your own C drive. The dxdiag report file needs to be uploaded to pastebin.com and a link provided to that. You can use a full pasted in Internet hyperlink now that you are a Full Member of the forum. It should look like https and then pastebin.com/somestuff
Alternatively you could paste the text of the report into responses here, but that would require doing so section by section as the full report would be far too long to fit into one response. Usually that's more difficult, not easier though.
