My graphics card isn't recognized by The Sims 3??!!

I recently bought a Radeon R7 200 graphics card. I mean it's a huge card with 2 fans. It's an awesome card. When I boot up my sims it doesn't recognize my card and it uses my on board graphics card...

Make sure that on your computer you have told your graphics card to use the Radeon Graphics Card for the Sims 3. My computer defaulted to the Intel Integrated Graphics chip for the Sims 3, I had to manually tell the Computer to use my GeForce Graphics Card.

Look at your DeviceConfig folder that is in your Sims 3/Electronic Arts/Sims 3 folder
