thanks so im little confused its probably related to the dual set up. sorry i shouldve just made you post the full report so i can view the system devices section. the date of your posted drivers:
Driver Date/Size: 04/12/2015 00:00:00, 1519232 bytes
but you have drivers installed Driver Version: 15.300.1025.1001 which are these http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064
the other thing there was a fix released on 1/7 because of the many issues folks we were having, Crimson Edition 16.1 Hotfix
so what i suggest do a clean install of your drivers, thats just uninstalling current and then installing - consider doing a custom install to not add the gaming experience app by raptr and add fix
afterwards tweak card settings
the jagged lines is related to aliasing - others have reported issue with newer drivers for sims 3 you can try tweaking AA settings. i use the setting "application setting" i havent updated to crimson but heres overview for help http://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/2203-review-of-amd-radeon-settings-crimson-software
its possible the AA settings arent working well because of the drivers i have myself held off updating drivers to avoid the issue but i also run w7 so i have more older drivers i can use. its also possible the new drivers just need reinstalling or its the settings of the new crimson. some are reporting issues with getting custom settings to save correctly. othersw report issues with raptr. i never use raptr :) and then factor in the dual graphic set up
so try reinstalling drivers making sure both drivers are updated rerun your dxidag to confirm its updated correctly and then tweak settings and then try the game and let me know how it goes, good luck
