My graphics card isn't recognized by The Sims 3??!!

I recently bought a Radeon R7 200 graphics card. I mean it's a huge card with 2 fans. It's an awesome card. When I boot up my sims it doesn't recognize my card and it uses my on board graphics card...

Hi.
I still can't make this work for me.
I tried my only got this found: 1 match: 0.
I don't know what and where to write in the graphics rule sgr file.
Can anyone specify for me?
I have a radeon rx 560 series.
