Fixed it thanks! Issue: Couldn't keep celeb status/no celebs in town. Solution:(Only applies if your using Story Progression Mod) The solution was to change the depreciation rate for the town. ...

Yeah, that makes sense.But unfortunately, my game isn't rolling out opportunities, and the ones that it does, don't reward celeb points, and my world lacks celeb sims for some reason.
